As far back as I can remember, movement has always been a part of my life. As an athlete, dancer and now a yogi, movement brings me balance, focus, joy, and peace. As an instructor, I aim to share these same qualities with my students, regardless of their age or abilities. This is my true passion and all paths have led me to this moment. I am so grateful for the opportunity to share my love for movement and mindfulness with all of you.
